The yearly enrollment for opting in to email notifications will take place in the fall each year. After the initial enrollment period, if you wish to opt-in or out of email notifications, you must use the forms linked below.
If you wish to opt-in to receiving an email for books checked out by your child, please download, fill out, and return the form to the front office at your child's school.
If you no longer wish to receive an email about books checked out, please download, fill out, and return the form to your child's school.
